Ms. Ida Louise Rhodes, 89, of 15856 NC HWY 94 North, Roper, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.

The family will receive friends at the home.
