Miss Frances Douglas, age 87, a resident of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and a former resident of Washington, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018. There will be a visitation at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018. A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Zion Episcopal Church of Washington. Burial will follow in the church cemetery and a reception in Douglas Hall at the church will follow the burial. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
