Mrs. Ruth Hicks Warner, age 74, a resident of Slatestone Road, died Monday, July 2, 2018, at her home. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
