Mr. Elmer E. Windley, a resident of 705 Pamlico St., Belhaven, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at Holly Grove, DOC Belhaven. A viewing will be held at the church at 10 a. m., an hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Holly Grove Church Cemetery, Belhaven, on Monday, Dec. 17, 2018. Public viewing will be Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation. The family will be receiving friends at 705 Pamlico St., Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
