Kevin Aleksei Obando, 17, a resident of 1108 Deer Tract Drive, Washington, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, at Harvest Church, officiated by Pastor Brian Oliver.
