Joseph Carter Leary, 75, a resident of 326 E. 12th St., Washington, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 1, at Alligood Church of God, officiated by Pastor Phillip Jethro.
