Carolyn Sue Burch White, 90, of Plymouth died Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at Roanoke Landing in Plymouth.

Born December 17, 1928 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Oscar Burch and Janie Celestia Easley Burch. Carolyn was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church.

Her family includes her husband, Bennett Briggs “Pat” White, Sr. of Plymouth; sons, Bennett B. White, Jr. and wife April of Bogart, GA. And David E. White of Midlothian, VA.; brother, Louis Edward Burch of Greensboro; grandchildren, Bryan K. White, Maxx D. White and Matthew B. White; great grandchildren, Anna Grace White and Aidan Briggs White.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Hagwood officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday at the church following the service and other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church or Amedisys Foundation.
