Gibril M. Whitley, 2, of Scranton, died April 6, 2019. A visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, April 12, 2019, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2019, at White Plains Church in Belhaven. Arrangements are by Paradise Memorial Chapel of Washington.
