Ms. Deborah Darlene Brinkley, 60, of 20 Garrett’s Island Road, Plymouth, died Oct. 24, 2019, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, at Victory Christian Church, with Elder Elmer Cooper Jr. officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2019, at Toodle’s Chapel. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth and Rouse Crematory, Greenville.
