Mrs. Anna Desserree Williams Markland, 83, a resident of Washington, died Sunday, March 1, 2020, at her home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at Church of God of Prophecy. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
