Mr. Mark Allen Waters, 52, of 134 Hummingbird Lane, Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007 at his home.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 24, 2007 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with the Rev. Lonnie Heddrick officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
Mr. Waters was born Dec. 19, 1955 in Natchez, Miss. He was the son of the late Ishmael S. Waters and the late Annette Boyington Waters. He was married to the former Kitty Lewis. Mr. Waters was the Director of Maintenance at Beaufort County Community College.
Survivors include his wife, Kitty Lewis Waters; one daughter, Jennifer Marie Waters of Greenville; one sister, Peggy A. Gibson of Ohio; three brothers, Ricky L. Waters, Barney R. Waters, and Mickey B. Waters, all of Washington.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Holly Denise Waters and one brother, Donald W. Waters.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007 at Hillside Funeral Service and other times at the home.
