Mrs. Hilda Barrow, of 5 Woodgate Apartments, Unit B, Columbia, died Thursday, April 23, 2020. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at 1 p.m. at Old Dominion MBC in Swan Quarter. Viewing will be held at noon, one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Green Hill Cemetery in Swan Quarter.  The family will be receiving family and friends at home of Ms. Keisha Spencer, 5 Woodgate Apartments, Unit B, Columbia. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
