Mr. Charles Willmont Parker, age 93, a resident of Bay Minette, AL, died Thursday December 24, 2020 of natural causes.

Due to COVID restrictions a graveside service was held 1:00 PM Friday January 1, 2021 at Sandy Grove Cemetery and was officiated by David Linton. 

Mr. Parker was born in Edgecombe County on March 6, 1927 to the late Weeks Bennett Parker, Sr. and Audrey Bonner Parker. He was a 1945 graduate of Aurora High School. On February 7, 1947 he married Marian Elizabeth Toler who preceded him in death on December 8, 2005. Mr. Parker worked at PCS Phosphate as a mechanic until his retirement in 1987. He was a member of Edward Christian Church, Sr. Saints Club at the church, Aurora Seniors Club and the American Legion.

Survivors include his son, Charles Mack Parker and wife Linda of Daphne AL, one grandchild, Charles William Parker and wife Rachel, and one great grandchild, Mack William Parker.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, Weeks Bennett Parker, Jr., Robert Lee Parker, and a sister, Viola Parker.
