Rhonda Mae Ange Sawyer, 69, of Jamesville, died on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.

Born January 22, 1952 in Martin County she was the daughter of the late Millard Edward Ange and Frances Mizelle Ange who survives.  She retired as an office manager with Albemarle Speech and Hearing.  Rhonda was a member of Mount Olive Free Will Baptist Church.

Her family includes her husband, Thomas Earl Sawyer of Jamesville, NC; mother, Frances Mizelle Ange of Jamesville, NC; daughter, Marcia Sawyer Wynn and husband John of Jamesville, NC; sons, Casey Edward Sawyer and Justin Thomas Sawyer both of Jamesville, NC; brother, M.E. Ange, Jr. of Jamesville, NC and grandchildren, Leah Harrison and Austin Harrison.

Graveside service will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillside Memorial Gardens in Plymouth with Pastor Ben Cope officiating. Family will receive friends at the graveside following the service and other times at the residence.
