Mr. Jerry Edward Price Sr., 66, of New Canton, Va., died Thursday, June 19, 2008.
A graveside service was conducted June 21, 2008, in the Toney family cemetery with his brother, Joe Price, officiating.
Mr. Price was married to Patricia B. Price, who survives.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Edward Price and Jimmy Price, both of North Carolina; one sister, Linda Lane of North Carolina; one brother, Joe Price of North Carolina and three grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Dunkum Funeral Home.
