Mr. Reginald “Block” Rogers, 50, of Baltimore, and formerly of Washington and Belhaven, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.
The family will receive friends at the home of his wife, Dorothy Glaspie Rogers, 701 B W. Fifth St., Washington, and at the home of his mother, Annie M. Rogers, 156 Old County Road, Belhaven.
Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home in Washington.
