Mrs. Ida “Gail” Bell, 51, a resident of Coy Road, Washington, died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013, in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations.
