The streets portion of Music in the Streets has been cancelled, but the Music part stills goes on–inside. Due to rain, the outdoor mini-music festival was cancelled for tonight.

JB Mayes will be at the Grub Brothers, Paul Bailey, the Tarheel Troubadour will be playing at On the Waterfront, John Benson & Ed Tilley will be at Zaitona Restaurant. In addition to those places music will be playing at Inner Banks Artisans’ Center by the Beaufort County Traditional Music Association, Little Shoppes is hosting piano player and singer Justin Ferrari and the Bank Bistro & Bar will continue their Friday night pianist series.

Unfortunately we couldn’t find locations for the larger bands that were booked for Music in the Streets, but we’d like to thank Mikele Buck Band, K-OS, Living Waters, and the Born Again Trio. Check back for future schedules of Music in the Streets as they will be re-scheduled.
