First Bank has announced local business leader Jason Pair has been appointed to its Beaufort County Local Advisory Board. Pair brings a “wealth of knowledge” to the board as it works to serve the Beaufort County community. “We are delighted Jason has agreed to join our Local Advisory Board, and become a part of our First Bank family,” says First Bank Senior Vice President and Area Executive William Taylor. “Jason brings a level of energy unsurpassed when it comes to delivering on the added value proposition, with the customer experience at the forefront of that mission.” A Pitt County native, Pair serves as the President of Pair Electronics Inc. in Greenville, NC. Pair Electronics has been serving Greenville and its surrounding areas for over 40 years. It became the first business in the area to offer many electronic products such as home satellite systems, car and home audio and many products that are used today. “His deep knowledge of the Beaufort and Pitt County communities makes him an excellent choice to help guide our bank as we build our brand and presence in both of these markets,” says William Taylor. Pair lives in Bath with his wife Susan, and their daughter Cecilia. He also serves on the Bath Historic Foundation Board of Directors and President of Catnip Point Homeowner’s Association. Pair and his family also attend Sidney Free Will Baptist Church in Belhaven, NC. First Bank’s Local Advisory Board acts as a liaison between the bank and the local community.
