To the Editor:

On Feb. 19, someone in Beaufort Heights or the Rosedale area was shooting a .223-caliber rifle. This is to let you know that one of your bullets hit my den wall, went through and came to rest in my great-granddaughter’s tent. Also, you just missed her reading chair. She or someone else could have been killed.

I understand from a neighbor, you were shooting again this past Sunday. Please stop before someone is killed. (The sheriff was called and bullet was recovered.)

My neighbors and I are looking for you, so please stop shooting.
