Work on a New China Restaurant in Columbia progresses.
A thirty-three hundred square foot building across Food Lion and next to the Dollar General Site in Columbia was discussed in a August Columbia Planning Board meeting.
Half of the building will serve as a mixed-use occupancy. The planned restaurant will be on one side and the other will be leased to an business type occupancy.
A parking lot with fourteen spaces will be designed to accommodate the building.
Driveways on the site are existing.
