HOCUS POCUS: Merlin the Magician, also known as Thomas Barr, puts a spell on Beaufort County Early College High School Principal Emily Pake during spirt week at the school. Students were encouraged to dress as Disney characters on Thursday. The high school event coincided with Beaufort County Community College’s celebration of Halloween so the costumed high school students fit right in to the other activities of the day.
