Washington Police make drug sweep, arrest 10

Washington Police conducted a drug sweep June 30 following an ongoing narcotics investigation and arrested 10 suspects on felony charges. Defendants arrested on June 30 were: Pierre Lamont Woolard, 30, of West Martin Luther King Jr. Drive; Darrin Edward Albritton Sr., 48, of Market Street; Andre Quamane Shelton, 25, of Manual Drive; Clarence Earl Pierce, 61, of Bridge Street; Andre Jerome Spencer, 39, of Market Street; Tito Ray Collins, 41, of West Martin Luther King Jr. Drive; Kenneth Justin Tucker, 26, of East Eighth Street; Kashon Eugene Moore, 20, of Alderbrook Circle; Tashombee Keishawn Jones, 22, of Pierce Street; and Antonio Laquan Brooks, 34, of Smaw Road.
Woolard was charged with manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.
Albritton was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000.
Shelton was charged with two counts of trafficking in opiates or heroin. Bond was set at $15,000.
Pierce was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Spencer was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $200,000.
Collins was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Tucker was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Moore was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Jones was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule III controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.
Brooks was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver MDA/MDMA (Ecstasy) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
