CAROLINE HUDSON | DAILY NEWS NEW LOOK: Hog Heaven, located at 1969 W. Fifth St. in Washington, debuted its new sign to passersby this week. The other sign stood out front of the barbecue restaurant ever since it opened almost 25 years.
