HYDE COUNTY COUNTY MANAGER: At the Hyde County Board of Commissioners meeting on March 7, the commissioners passed a unanimous resolution in support of county Manager Bill Rich. Rich is beginning his fourth consecutive year as Hyde County manager. His contract with the county is in effect through June 30, 2018.
