Tom Atkins, president of The Rich Company, is proud to announce that Bahnson Gray has joined their Carolina Avenue office as a sales associate.

Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, Bahnson currently lives in Bath where he enjoys taking advantage of the prolific fishing and hunting opportunities. He recently returned to his roots in North Carolina after five years in Wyoming, where he worked in the fly-fishing and guiding industry.

His foremost interests lie in local commercial and income-producing property and supporting the local economy through long- and short-term rental properties, both in commercial and residential opportunities. In addition to commercial opportunities, he looks forward to helping buyers and sellers with timber and large land tracts, sporting properties and farmland throughout the region.

Bahnson looks forward to building upon his local relationships to help new and existing businesses gain traction, as well as helping local buyers and sellers in acquiring and selling properties throughout Beaufort and surrounding counties.
