Tom Atkins, president of The Rich Company, is proud to announce that Chris Emanuel has joined their Carolina Avenue office as a sales associate.

Chris was born in Washington and has lived here his entire life. A Pirate at heart, Chris attended East Carolina University and studied business management. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Chris worked for the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Department and has extensive knowledge of the county’s roads, neighborhoods and layout. He also owns a boat and is very familiar with the Pamlico River and surrounding waterways.

Chris, his wife Amy and daughter Claire enjoy living in the beautiful community of Cypress Landing in Chocowinity. He is a member of Washington’s First Church of Christ and also co-owns a car fabrication shop with his brother. In his free time, Chris enjoys fishing, boating and traveling with his family. He also has a passion for working on race cars.
