Hundreds of local children and their parents found a great time on Thursday evening with fun and games galore as Eastern Elementary School held its annual Pumpkin Festival. Organized and executed by teachers, school staff and parent volunteers, the festival invited children from throughout Beaufort County to attend the fun event, which saw wall-to-wall activities throughout the EES campus. In addition to being a fun night out for the students, the event also served as a fundraiser for EES.
