Mr. Elbert Foreman Jr., of 1483 Mouth of the Creek Road, Blounts Creek, died Sunday, May 12, 2019, at the Vidant-Pitt Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019, at the Temple of Jesus Church in Washington. The interment will be at the Foreman family cemetery, Blounts Creek. Viewing will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019, from 1:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the New Beginning FH&C Chapel. The family will receive family and friends at 1483 Mouth of the Creek Road, Blounts Creek. Arrangements are  by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
