To the Editor,

I was wondering when or if the Historical Society is ever going to clean up or repair the houses on Bonner Street. It is a shame for people visiting our “Original Washington” and seeing such eyesores as they are. Either clean them up or tear them down! Vacant lots would look a lot better to visitors. One of the corner lots keeps a beautifully kept corner, which costs plenty to do so. But then most people want our City to look nice, so they do their part in keeping their own property in a decent, respectable condition.

Come on, people — clean this area of our city up!
