Whether one wants to refresh an herb garden or start an herb garden, the Washington Garden Club’s annual herb sale today from 9:30 a.m. to12:30 p.m. at the N.C. Estuarium, 223 Water St., Washington, is the place to be. Proceeds from the sale will help the club maintain gardens at Brown Library, Harding Square and the intersection of Third and North Market streets.
