In conjunction with the Siege of Washington Living History celebration this weekend in downtown Washington, Terry Rollins’ Historic Washington Ghost Walk will be held on both Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday, participants should meet 8 p.m. at the Harding Square Garden at the river’s end of Market Street, beside the Washington Visitors Center.
